• PARENT INFORMATION

Eastside Union School District has teamed up with Peachjar for a “go green” initiative to save our schools and community partners loads of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. Peachjar provides an electronic flyer communication and delivery tool. You will receive electronic flyers from your child’s school/district once the eflyers have been approved.

If you provided your email address to your school, a Peachjar account has been created for you. Digital flyers will be delivered directly to your email provided you have kept your email contact information updated with your child's school.

You will receive a welcome email from Peachjar that includes a username and password. This is provided to give parents the opportunity to manage their account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to login to receive or view school eflyers. However, if you would like to “opt-out” of this delivery service you must login. Please keep in mind that by opting out, you may miss important information pertaining to your child and other school events.

This system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

To view school-approved eflyers, simply click the Peachjar button on your school’s website homepage. We also suggest you add school@peachjar.com to your email contacts. When you receive your first eflyer, be sure to click “always display images.”

    FERPA COMPLIANCE:

Peachjar is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved communication. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Eastside Union School District has designated parent/guardian email addresses as “directory information” as defined under FERPA. If you choose not to receive school-approved communication via email, you have the right to unsubscribe to these emails. Parents/Guardians can manage their delivery preferences or opt out at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of each flyer they receive. Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well informed about school programs, activities, and events.
