  • Have you done the following before submitting your request?

    PLEASE try these basic troubleshooting tips prior to submitting your ticket:
    • Completely shut down and restart your computer.
    • Verified all cables and connections.
    • Properly signed in with the correct sequence (eastside\username).
    • Notify your teacher technology leader (TTL).
