Eastside Union School District invites families to Summer Family Fest, a free family event with food, school support, community resources, activities, and available giveaway items to help students and families get ready for the new school year.

Families are encouraged to sign up before the event. Signing up helps staff prepare and helps families move through the Get Ready step faster. Completing the sign-up does not reserve giveaway items.

How the Event Works

Start at the Welcome table. Families will receive one Summer Family Fest Access Card. This card is used during the event and is required for available giveaway items.
Visit the Get Ready / School Support area. Staff can help with school-year forms, ParentSquare, Aeries Parent Portal, and enrollment questions. Food tickets are provided here when your Family Access Card is stamped.

Signed up before the event? You will receive a unique confirmation email before the event. Show your confirmation to staff at the School Support area so they can help you move through this step faster.
Enjoy the event. Visit food areas, games, activities, school support, and community resources.
Visit the distribution area. Bring your stamped Family Access Card for available giveaway items. School-aged children must be present, and items are available while supplies last.

Event Areas and Family Services

Area	What Families Can Find
School-Year Support	Help with school-year forms, ParentSquare, Aeries Parent Portal, and enrollment questions. EUSD school teams will be available for school-year support.
Summer Meals & Food	Free Summer Meals for children 18 and younger. Additional free food will also be provided during the event.
Giveaways	Backpacks, school supplies, shoes, and other available giveaway items for school-aged children who are present, while supplies last.
Games & Activities	Carnival games, slides, face painting, balloons, glitter tattoos, and family-friendly activities.
STEM & Learning	Hands-on STEM and learning activities for students and families.
Farmers Market	Educational farmers market station and family resources.
Hair & Beauty Services	Hair styling, braiding, barber, and beauty services.
Health Services	Health screenings, dental screenings, and vaccine services.
Performances	Student and community performances during the event.
