3 Things to Do Before School Starts
Complete these tasks to prepare for the 2026-27 school year. They may be completed in any order.
1. Complete the Universal Benefits Application
Previously known as the Annual Income Form.
This application connects eligible families with benefits, including SUN Bucks, California’s summer grocery benefit. It also helps EUSD receive funding for student programs and services.
Before you submit:
- Complete only one application per household.
- Include all EUSD students in your household.
2. Make Sure Your School Has the Right Information for Your Student
Student Data Confirmation is now open for the 2026-27 school year.
- Review and update student, contact, and emergency information.
- Complete required annual forms and notices electronically.
- Review and acknowledge the 2026-27 Parent/Student Handbook.
Have more than one child in the district?
Data Confirmation must be completed for each student. If you see more than one child in your Aeries account, switch between students and complete the process for each child.
Before school starts: Complete 2026-27 Data Confirmation for each student.
3. Choose How You Receive School Updates
ParentSquare is where teachers, schools, and the district share messages, reminders, events, and important updates.
Choose your notification setting:
- Instant: Receive posts when they are sent.
- Digest: Receive non-urgent posts together in one daily update.
Direct messages, alerts, and time-sensitive posts will still be delivered immediately.
