EUSD Volunteer Program
Parents, guardians, family members, and community members can support Eastside Union School District schools through volunteer service. Before volunteering, all volunteers must complete the District volunteer process and receive approval from Human Resources.
Your Path to Becoming an EUSD Volunteer
Complete each stage in order. Human Resources approval is required before volunteer service begins.
1. Learn
Watch the EUSD Volunteer Orientation and complete the short Volunteer Training Assessment.
2. Apply
After submitting the assessment, you will be redirected to the EUSD Volunteer Application.
3. Complete Clearance
EUSD will send instructions to the email you provided for required training and review your completed requirements.
4. Volunteer
Once EUSD confirms approval, your school will contact you to coordinate your volunteer schedule.

EUSD Volunteer Orientation

Complete the Volunteer Training Assessment
After watching the orientation, complete the short Volunteer Training Assessment. Use the same email address on the assessment and Volunteer Application so Human Resources can match your records.
After submitting the assessment, you will be redirected to the EUSD Volunteer Application.
What Happens After the Assessment?
1. Complete the Volunteer Application
Complete and submit the EUSD Volunteer Application you are redirected to after the assessment.
2. Complete Required Training
Human Resources will send instructions for the required Mandated Reporter training.
3. Wait for Approval
Human Resources will review your completed requirements and notify you when you are approved. Once approved, your school will contact you to coordinate your volunteer schedule.
