Student Enrollment

New Student Enrollment

Eastside Union School District utilizes the Aeries Online Enrollment system which allows you to begin the process of enrolling a student for school at your convenience. Information about the student, such as emergency contacts, immunization records, will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information will be electronically sent to the school.

 

Enrollment Requirements

You will be required to upload the following documents to complete your registration:

  1. Proof of address (one of the following: current utility bill, gas, electricity, or water)
  2. Immunization records
  3. Verification of birthdate (e,g, birth certificate, passport )
  4. Court documents (e.g. restraining orders), if applicable
  5. Parent/Guardian Identification
  6. Individualized Educational Program (IEP), 504 Plan, if applicable.

FOR FOSTER AND HOMELESS STUDENTS ONLY

Foster or homeless students who do not have the necessary documents (e.g., birth certificate, proof of address, immunization) can still be enrolled. Special circumstances apply for foster and homeless students. If you do not have the necessary documents, you may contact the Foster and Homeless Liaisons to get assistance.

Preschool Enrollment

PRESCHOOL ONLINE REGISTRATION BEGINS JANUARY 26, 2026.

  • Eligible children must be 3 years old on or before August 1, 2026. 


To begin the preschool enrollment process, use the Aeries Online Enrollment system. Click Enroll A New Student and select 2026-2027, Pre-Enrollment.

Note: Enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with a completed registration. Families will be notified once their child's placement is confirmed.

Parents may indicate their preference for enrollment in the 3-hour morning or 3-hour afternoon program.

Morning program: 7:50 am - 10:50 am (Mon. Tue. Thur. Fri.)
7:50 am - 10:15 am (Wednesday)

Afternoon program 11:35 am - 2:35 pm (Mon. Tue. Thur. Fri.)
10:55 am - 1:20 pm  (Wednesday)


Minimum Day
Morning program  7:50 am - 10:00 am
Afternoon program 10:40 am -12:50 pm

TK and Kindergarten Eligibility

TK and Kindergarten enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year begins on Monday, January 26, 2026.

Kindergarten registration is for students turning 5 years-old on or before September 1, 2026.
 
Transitional Kindergarten (TK) registration is for students who turn 4 years-old on or before September 1, 2026.
 

To begin the TK and Kindergarten enrollment process, use the Aeries Online Enrollment system.

Click Enroll A New Student and select 2026-2027, Pre-Enrollment.
