Complete all three tasks to prepare for the 2026-27 school year. They can be completed in any order.

Complete the Universal Benefits Application

Also known as the Annual Income Form.

This form helps determine whether your student qualifies for benefits, including SUN Bucks, California’s summer grocery benefit. It also helps schools receive funding for student programs and services. A new application must be completed each school year.

Get Your Aeries Account Ready

Aeries Parent Portal gives families access to important student information, including attendance, grades, report cards, test scores, and school documents when available.

Families also use Aeries each year to review and update contact information, emergency contacts, and required forms. Sign in now to make sure you can access your account.

Student Data Confirmation is expected to open in early August.

Choose How You Receive School Updates

ParentSquare is where your student’s teachers, school, and district share messages, events, reminders, and important updates.

Sign in to review how you receive notifications by email, text message, or the ParentSquare app. Choose Instant notifications or select Digest to combine non-urgent posts into one daily update. Direct messages, alerts, and time-sensitive posts will still be delivered immediately.

If you need to register your account, use the same email address or mobile phone number you provided to your school.

Get Help at Summer Family Fest

Visit the Family Support Area at the Summer Family Fest on Friday, July 24, 2026 for in-person assistance with Aeries, the Annual Income Form, ParentSquare, or enrollment. Support will be available in English and Spanish.
