Eastside Union School District (EUSD) will begin the benefit open enrollment period from Monday, August 14, 2017, through Friday, September 8, 2017. During open enrollment, a full-time or part-time employee may elect to change his/her medical plan selection and participate in a different plan offered by their group. You may also terminate or add dependents to benefit coverage. In order to make changes to your benefits, you can do so through MyCVT. To make changes to your benefits, you will need to create an account at https://mycvt.cvtrust.org, instructions sheets are listed below. You may create an account before the open enrollment period begins to review your current benefit plans. All employees wishing to make changes to their plans must do so through the MyCVT online portal. Please note, a registration link will be sent to the unique email address you submit. Click on the link in the email to complete the registration process. MyCVT online will only allow you to make changes to your benefits during the open enrollment period. You will have the ability to upload any necessary documents (marriage certificate, birth certificates). After you have made your changes, Click on the blue "Submit" button to submit your application.
