here at the East Side Union School District we have many opportunities for certificated and classified staff I've been working with the Eastside Union School District for the last 20 years I've been working for the district for 8 years I've been working here 3 years I have been an employee for 6 years I've been here for 15 years I've worked here for 35 years this is my second year here and I absolutely love it Eastside Union School District has always been very supportive of my professional growth so if and when there are opportunities available um they definitely encourage you to pursue them started out as a campus safety supervisor and moved up to school Liberia now I started off as a substitute teacher now I'm a fourth grade teacher here at T Bonita Elementary School I've just gotten throughout the my 20 years here such support from great leaders here on growing my capacity to lead I love that it's small clothes connected and you really have a chance to forge wonderful relationships with people even if you don't will ask for help if you showing it in your face or body language we're going to reach out and ask you do you need some support or help all the teachers are very supportive cuz I am going to college to become a teacher so they giving me that love and support throughout my class it's a small District that might not be what you thought you wanted but sometimes small districts are more like a family and it's easier to work with people and collaborate being part of a small District really allows for a deeper connections between our leaders our teachers our families and students all of my co-workers are friendly um you feel like you're at home we are able to work with our grade levels and work on lesson planning team collaboration and the close family atmosphere really stands out as a beautiful place to work I love working with the team because we're like a family we're always uh working together the leadership here is just amazing and uh the colleagues that I work with are amazing as well join us we would love to have you work with us in our community we can't wait to work with you at Eastside Union School District
